This Privacy Policy explains how Footballer Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the Footballer series of mobile games we publish on iOS and Android (each, the "App").
The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not run our own servers.
Your game data and settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them.
The App shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Google collects certain information through its ads SDK, as described below.
The following stays on your device and is never sent to us:
Game data, such as save files and images or files you add
App settings
In-app purchase status and game progress
Some of this, such as purchase status, is kept in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore). If you export a save file, it is sent only to the destination you pick in your device's share sheet. Uninstalling the App deletes this data from your device.
Advertising (Google AdMob). To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the App may collect:
Device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
Approximate location estimated from your IP address
Information about ads you see and interact with
Information about how you interact with the App (e.g. app launches, taps)
Diagnostic information, such as crash logs and performance data (e.g. launch time, hang rate)
Google uses this information for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention under its own policies:

In-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details.

We do not use any analytics or crash-reporting services of our own, and we do not sell your information.
iOS: The App asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before ads start. Only if you allow it can the advertising identifier be used for personalized ads. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on the device).
EEA, UK, and Switzerland: Before ads start, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent message. You can choose "Do not consent", and you can change your choice anytime in the App's Settings > Privacy policy > Ad privacy options.
If you do not allow tracking, you will still see non-personalized ads, and some information (such as IP address and device information) may still be sent to show the ad. You can use the App fully either way.
We do not hold any of your personal information on servers. Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Information collected by Google is retained under Google's policies linked above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. Because we hold no personal information about you, please use your Google account settings or the methods described in Google's Privacy Policy for information collected by Google. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns, please contact us.
If required by law, such as a court order or another legal process, we may disclose information we hold. In practice, we hold no personal information about you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

풋볼러 스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 회사가 배포하는 iOS와 Android용 Footballer 시리즈 모바일 게임(이하 "앱")에서 처리하는 정보에 관하여 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 회사는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
게임 데이터와 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 회사는 이를 전송받지 않습니다.
앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 보상형 광고를 표시하며, 이 과정에서 Google이 아래와 같이 일부 정보를 수집합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 앱에 포함된 Google 광고 SDK를 통해 다음 목적으로 정보가 처리됩니다.

다. 결제 정보
인앱 결제는 Apple(App Store) 또는 Google(Google Play)이 처리하며, 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
회사는 자체 분석 도구나 충돌 보고 도구를 사용하지 않으며, 이용자의 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
회사는 서버에 개인정보를 보유하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. Google이 수집한 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따른 기간 동안 보유됩니다.
회사가 보유하는 개인정보가 없으므로 별도의 파기 절차가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하는 즉시 파기됩니다.
회사는 법원의 명령 등 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우 외에는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 실제로 보유하는 개인정보도 없습니다.
앱에 포함된 광고 SDK를 통해 다음과 같이 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

iOS: 광고가 시작되기 전에 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 팝업으로 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자가 맞춤형 광고에 사용되며, 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
Android: 기기의 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고(기기에 따라 설정 > Google > 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스: 광고가 시작되기 전에 Google의 동의 화면으로 동의 여부를 묻습니다. "동의하지 않음"을 선택할 수 있으며, 앱의 설정 > 개인정보 처리방침 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
거부하더라도 비맞춤형 광고가 표시되며, 앱은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사는 보유하는 개인정보가 없으므로, Google이 수집한 정보에 대해서는 Google 계정 설정이나 Google 개인정보처리방침에 안내된 방법을 이용하시기 바랍니다. 문의는 아래 보호책임자에게 연락해 주십시오.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 관련 문의가 있는 법정대리인은 아래로 연락해 주십시오.
회사는 개인정보를 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 인앱 구매 상태 등 일부 정보는 기기의 보안 저장소(iOS 키체인, Android Keystore)에 저장합니다.
